Visa is launching an assistant it says banks can embed with no custom development. It sends spending nudges, answers questions, and can walk a customer through reviewing subscriptions or activating offers.
Architecture
Issuer channel → Visa-hosted assistant → issuer-authorized actions. The issuer remains the customer owner.
